Ealing in west London will soon reach its heyday with the development of Filmworks: a residential lifestyle hub that will house a high-quality mix of apartments and penthouses together with some the city’s most thrilling gourmet and entertainment spots. Slated to open by 2021, the development pays homage to the west London borough’s compelling cinematic history and the iconic Ealing Studios nestled just around the corner.

Within the vicinity will be a grandiose eight-screen Picturehouse cinema, surrounded by retail stores, chic dining establishments and watering holes. Bearing a timeless, art deco-themed facade, the development is helmed by developer St George

West London and architect TP Bennett.

The location of Filmworks is unbeatable – Ealing Broadway Station is situated just 500m away from the residential areas. Commuting will be made even easier with the Elizabeth Line, which is set to open in 2019. Trips to Bond Street will take 11 minutes and residents can expect to reach Canary Wharf in less than half an hour.

Filmworks’ suite of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses will come fully equipped with a concierge service. Across the property sits Ealing Broadway shopping centre. Filmworks is also encircled by some of Ealing’s most serene and beautiful parks.aproworks
