Dinner will be served at Madame Fan, where a festive six-course menu and accompanying wine pairings await. This fine dining restaurant reinterprets old school Chinese classics, and you’ll tuck into signature favourites such as Crispy Aromatic Duck and Four Treasure Soup.

When you’re done, proceed back to the ground floor, where live music at Cool Cats awaits. Enjoy a complimentary cocktail – you’re more than welcome to request the bartender to craft one for you – and relax as you listen to music by talented local and international performers.
