Scheduled to open in 2022, this is the first mixed-use property in North America by Raffles Hotels & Residences. The 35-storey LEED Gold building will house 146 residences, 147 guestrooms and 16 gathering spaces. The 34th and 35th floors are reserved for seven penthouses, while the 21st to 33rd floors will have one- to three-bedroom apartments. And in a first for Boston, the 15th and 16th floors are dedicated to pied-a-terre suites. Homeowners can look forward to subtle modern finishes in cool marbles and warm woods, coupled with thoughtful architectural details. In addition to the hotel’s amenities, residents will also have exclusive use of recreational distractions on the 21st floor, such as The Secret Garden that will offer a Singaporeaninspired tea experience. Pets are taken care of too with their own spa and indoor dog run on the 20th floor.
