Described as a one-of-a-kind, extraterrestrial sneaker, this unique pair of custom Dibiasky 550s comes emblazoned with fragments of a 4.5 billion-year-old pallasite meteorite.

The Seymchan meteorite, which was discovered in the dry bed of the Hekandue river in Russia’s Magadan district, was precision-cut into 34 pieces and contoured to the New Balance

550 sneaker silhouette according to designer Matt Burgess’ vision. Created to celebrate the release of Adam McKay’s Netflix film Don’t Look Up, proceeds from the sale of the sneakers went towards the World Wide Fund for Nature in support of reducing human impact on the environment.
