Hermès Arceau Le Temps Voyageur

Hermès’s follow-up to its GPHG-winning Arceau L’heure de la Lune arrives via the new Arceau Le Temps Voyageur, a whimsical take on the GMT watch. The visual cues of its predecessor are strongly present, especially in the hour-and-minute dial which seems to float over the rest of the watch – and that over a backdrop of an equestrian-themed world map. The nine o’clock pusher will move the dial around the city ring to indicate the local time zone, while the hour hand will update itself concurrently.

The dial always remains right side up thanks to its ingenious module – which, like the L’heure de la Lune, was developed in collaboration with movement specialist Chronode. Home time is indicated by the window at 12 o’clock. The Le Temps Voyageur is released as two models: a 41mm platinum case with matte black titanium bezel (€23,000) and a 38mm steel case (€18,000).
