We lis­ten to cus­tomers and avoid forc­ing them to pick pro­pri­etary tech­nol­ogy which we and any other lead­ing AV man­u­fac­ture has. You could see this in the selec­tion of prod­uct op­tions which comes from Kramer,” Mar­golin said.

Top of the line prod­ucts

Kramer Elec­tronic’s lat­est in­no­va­tion is the AV over IP prod­uct line. The so­lu­tion sup­ports var­i­ous com­pres­sion stan­dards and la­tency.

The com­pany has also gone above and be­yond by launch­ing Kramer Acad­emy, a re­sult of two years of work in de­vel­op­ing a more com­pre­hen­sive AV and IT train­ing and certificat­ion pro­gramme. Ac­cord­ing to Mar­golin, the key fac­tor for the cus­tomer’s suc­cess is not just tech­nol­ogy, but ed­u­ca­tion.

The com­pany also re­cently launched Kramer Kronos, a se­cure and en­ter­prise­class cloud-based room book­ing and sched­ul­ing plat­form. The plat­form stream­lines and au­to­mates the man­age­ment side of room book­ing.

Fully in­te­grated with Kramer Con­trol, IT ad­min­is­tra­tors can eas­ily use a room’s availabili­ty as a trig­ger for au­to­mat­i­cally con­trol­ling room el­e­ments. Kramer Kronos has 802.1x and Trans­port Layer Se­cu­rity (TLS) en­cryp­tion on all com­mu­ni­ca­tion to and from the sched­ul­ing touch pan­els and the Kramer Kronos server.

Cus­tomers can be sure that sen­si­tive book­ing and sched­ul­ing in­for­ma­tion is com­pletely se­cure.

“For the IT depart­ment which man­ages these en­vi­ron­ments, Kramer pro­vides a com­plete set of re­mote AV Man­age­ment tools to make sure the AV is pro­vid­ing user value. On top of this, we have de­vel­oped the best of its kind, VIA, which is a wire­less pre­sen­ta­tion and col­lab­o­ra­tion prod­uct line that is world awarded. We aim at re­duc­ing time to start meet­ings, pro­vid­ing rich and col­lab­o­ra­tive user ex­pe­ri­ence which sup­ports any de­vice se­curely,” Mar­golin said.
