Founder and designer: Fred Ho As a young boy, Fred Ho was so fascinated by the sparkle of diamonds that he was inspired to set up his own brand, Defred Jewellers. Last year, the brand feted its 30th anniversary, a celebration of elegant jewellery crafted to withstand the test of time, much like the brand itself. When Priti visited the boutique, she remarked, “Defred has beautiful jewellery with very good quality gemstones, well-designed and finished.
