GARDEN STATE
The question of building a development without being mindful of the environment is no longer a viable option, as properties today are integrating green spaces with residential and commercial structures. In Australia, all eyes are on Sydney’s Green Square, a mixed-use development that houses a library and plaza, an aquatic centre, many parks and playgrounds, a childcare centre and a creative hub. In terms of upcoming developments, it will be adding a residential condominium called Waterfall by Crown Group to this growing community. The complex will feature three sevenstorey buildings, a 20-storey tower, and courtyard apartments that have all been designed to let the outside in. Expect tropical landscaping, water features and, true to its name, Australia’s largest man-made waterfall. The development is slated to be completed by 2019. waterfallbycrowngroup.com.au
