Creatives, art enthusiasts and collectors will gather at the National Gallery Singapore on November 8 for its biennial fundraising gala dinner. Guests of the Gallery Gala 2018 will start the evening with cocktails and canapes by the museum’s restaurant Gallery & Co at the Padang Atrium, and get a sneak peek of two new installations from its upcoming Minimalism: Space. Light. Object exhibition. A threecourse dinner crafted by Generation T 2017 honouree, chef Julien Royer of two Michelin-starred restaurant Odette, will follow at the Supreme Court Terrace, before dessert by the team at National Kitchen by Violet Oon to end the meal on a sweet note.
