T.DINING BEST RESTAURANTS AWARDS 2018/19
The Island Ballroom of Shangri-la Hotel, Singapore was buzzing during the T.dining Best Restaurants Awards 2018/19 ceremony last November. At the event organised in partnership with HSBC Visa Infinite, the restaurants that made it into the magazine’s annual Best Restaurants 2018/19 guide were announced to much fanfare. Special awards were presented to Esora for Best New Restaurant; Odette for Best Interior Design; and both Gunther’s and Braci for Best Service. Cherry Garden, Corner House, Saint Pierre and The White Rabbit were honoured with the Hall of Fame accolade, while Candlenut chef-owner Malcolm Lee took home the award for Local Champion. What was new for this edition was the inclusion of the Top 20 Restaurants category, which saw popular names such as Jaan, Nouri and Waku Ghin being voted into the list by a group of expert reviewers.
