He has also won numerous other awards, including those given by the Japan Sommelier Association, Academy of Wines of Portugal and Society of Wine Educators. career in wine and hospitality that has spanned 19 years and counting, taking him to Europe, UK, US and now Singapore. Fabien is today Head Sommelier at Joël Robuchon Restaurant at Resorts World Sentosa. In 2014 Fabien became an Advanced Sommelier. He’s now studying to become a Master Sommelier.
