was born in Bur­gundy, brought up in Cham­pagne and ed­u­cated in Lyon. Af­ter grad­u­at­ing from Paul Bo­cuse In­sti­tute and some work stints in France, he joined Joël Robu­chon in 2010 as as­sis­tant man­ager. He now shares his knowl­edge with the next gen­er­a­tion as a lec­turer at Nanyang Polytech­nic.
