The name of the restaurant means “steak” in Italian, which is very apt as it’s known for its bistecca alla Fiorentina (Florentine-style steak). The culinary team spent over a year looking for that perfect cut, tasting different meats from all over the world before settling on a supplier in Australia. This gorgeous 1.1kg wagyu steak is meant for sharing and is served in the traditional Tuscan manner: the thick cut is cooked over a wood-fired grill so that the exterior gets a barbecued char, while the inside remains juicy. $60-$150/PERSON 3 $50/BOTTLE
