The cosy space is tucked in the Como Dempsey enclave, and offers set and à la carte menus. Offerings change according to seasonal produce, but mainstays include prawns wrapped in shiso leaf for a combination of fresh and minty flavours, as well as sweetcorn, which leaves a lasting impression with its natural sweetness. Chawanmushi is brought to a higher level with the addition of foie gras and aromatic Japanese sansho pepper sauce. Sliced fresh seasonal fruit completes the well-orchestrated meal. Japanese sake, shochu, whisky and beer are available, as well as a small range of old and new world wines.
