If you’re looking for the complete French dining experience, start with the traditional onion soup. Served piping hot with melted cheese and bread, it’s simply delicious and quite possibly one of the best renditions you can find in Singapore. Alternatively, try the scallop and lobster carpaccio, which is light, refreshing and features a good balance of flavours. La Brasserie serves a variety of red meat options, including a generously-sized côte de boeuf (for two), steak frites and beef wagyu steak.
