Fashioned after a traditional British pub, this multi-storey shophouse in Ann Siang Hill houses a restaurant, a private dining room and three different drinks-concept areas. Alcohol is where Oxwell shines, thanks to its extensive list of cocktails and gins. This is best savoured with bar snacks, including an incredibly addictive bowl of crispy corn, crunchy pork scratchings, and a surprisingly moreish pork and chicken liver pâté, which is served with bread and cornichons. You’ll also find mains such as the Oxwell angus beef burger and steak frites on the menu. It’s a fancier version of the traditional pub staple—and it goes well with all the drinking which you’ll likely be indulging in.
