Ray­mond Lim is the founder of bou­tique F&B con­sul­tancy Restau­rant Life­style Asia, which fo­cuses on help­ing real es­tate de­vel­op­ers in the re­gion cre­ate their pro­pri­etary din­ing con­cepts. Apart from de­liv­er­ing be­spoke projects from Kuala Lumpur to Shang­hai, he also helps for­eign F&B brands en­ter the South­east Asia mar­ket. His many years spent frater­nising in the lo­cal and in­ter­na­tional restau­rant scenes have also helped build a for­mi­da­ble net­work of chefs and restau­ra­teurs from Sin­ga­pore to Swe­den, which he can count on “for a re­fresh­ing glass of cham­pagne” ev­ery time he pops by for a visit or to help elicit that elu­sive ta­ble reser­va­tion for his cir­cle of “gas­tro­naut” friends.
