Awell-bal­anced menu al­lows you to “cre­ate-your-own-menu” of three to five cour­ses. The de­gus­ta­tion menu lets the chef’s cre­ativ­ity shine via a won­der­ful culi­nary ad­ven­ture. Lux­ury ra­di­ates from a del­i­cate mound of home­made tagli­olini, fresh porcini nestling in its strands, with vi­brancy from the Navelli saf­fron and Parme­san cheese; it’s crowned with gos­samer-thin slices of black truf­fle. The mar­bled wagyu sir­loin is de­lec­ta­ble in its juicy ten­der­ness. For a mem­o­rable fi­nale, the Si­garo Esotico (“ex­otic cigar”) is a must-try—a rolled co­coa wafer, filled with tart pas­sion­fruit, and com­ple­mented by a “char­coal ash” of co­conut meringue atop an en­liven­ing mango com­pote. Service is per­son­able and pro­fes­sional. The Ital­ian-fo­cused wine list, de­tailed by re­gions, fea­tures some ex­clu­sive la­bels. Sit­u­ated in a colo­nial bun­ga­low, wines are show­cased in the en­trance foyer, with colour­ful art­work on the restau­rant’s walls.
