Chef Ken­jiro “Hatch” Hashida may be the son of mas­ter chef Tokio Hashida (who launched the orig­i­nal Hashida Sushi in 1966 in Tokyo), but he has carved his own path by helm­ing the restau­rant’s Sin­ga­pore out­post and tak­ing it to even greater heights.
