Fans of Peach Gar­den know that the clas­sic fried car­rot cake with XO sauce has been on the group’s menu since it was es­tab­lished 15 years ago—and de­servedly so. What the chefs call the per­fect starter, the hearty chunks of car­rot cake are tossed in a mix­ture of omelette, bean sprouts and XO sauce.
