You’ll find the chefs in the open kitchen skil­fully grilling skew­ers of meat, seafood and veg­eta­bles over char­coal. There are more than 70 op­tions to choose from, in­clud­ing the foie gras, kaki buta maki (oys­ters rolled with pork) and asu­para­gusu buta maki (as­para­gus rolled with pork).
