The à la carte menu en­cour­ages shar­ing and car­ries a vast se­lec­tion of home­made breads and pas­tas, cured meats and small plates. High­lights in­clude the bac­cala cakes, which are crispy out­side and moist on the in­side, and ac­cented with a sea urchin sabayon. A house spe­cial­ity is the home­made tagliatell­e cooked nicely al dente with duck ragu and foie gras. The grilled grass-fed beef sir­loin tagli­ata is well-sea­soned and served on a bed of spinach with olives and ca­pers. Finish off the meal with the mango cala­mansi cheese­cake, which has just the right bal­ance of sweet and sour.
