This restau­rant con­tin­ues to draw a dis­cern­ing crowd for its au­then­tic Cantonese dishes, such as the sig­na­ture Pek­ing duck. Af­ter a 12-hour prepa­ra­tion process, it’s roasted in a mesquite wood-fired oven for flavour­ful, moist meat sheathed in ut­terly crisp skin.
