The restaurant proffers French, Japanese and Chinese culinary styles with tantalising flourish. The maguro tartare, for instance, is sublime—beautifully plated and brimming with fresh flavours. The omakase fish is excellent as well; rendered in a hearty Chinese style, it is deep-fried, then generously smothered in a mouth-watering butter-curry leaf sauce. The red lobster is spicy and succulent, while the Kumamoto black wagyu A4 beef, deftly pan-seared and butter-basted in the French style, is wonderfully tender and tasty.
