T. Dining by Singapore Tatler - - Starter Bites -

The only aquar­ium-restau­rant in Sin­ga­pore cares for our planet through the food it serves. Un­der the helm of chef de cui­sine Min­woo Yun, the restau­rant uses only sus­tain­ably sourced seafood, some of which are from lo­cal fish farms, or line-caught from New Zealand, Chile and Nor­way. Th­ese are reimag­ined into dishes like the seared sea bass with cauliflowe­r, baby squid and clams (served in set menus).
