Ir­ish wine­maker Gavin Cr­is­field is one to watch. This cu­vée is an el­e­gant blend of Cin­saut, Carig­nan, Syrah and Gre­nache, with notes of con­cen­trated fruit, black pep­per and cherry from an out­stand­ing vin­tage.

This is mostly Carig­nan, with Gre­nache and Syrah.
