The In­ter­con­ti­nen­tal Sin­ga­pore Robert­son Quay is the new­est ad­di­tion to this river­side en­clave and it has a slew of ex­cit­ing F&B con­cepts to set our mouths wa­ter­ing. Publico Deli is one—a 160-seat Ital­ian-in­spired gourmet del­i­catessen serv­ing up break­fast items, sal­ads and sand­wiches dur­ing the day. Come night time, it trans­forms into dessert cafe and cock­tail bar Mar­cello. On the sec­ond floor is Wolf­gang’s Steak­house, a New York steak­house chain started by fa­ther-and-son duo Wolf­gang and Peter Zwiener. It only serves USDA Black An­gus meat, which is dry-aged for 28 days to make it more suc­cu­lent and bring out its flavours, and is per­fect served medium-rare. ihg.com
