T. Dining by Singapore Tatler - - European/modern -

Flutes enjoys a reputation as a favourite venue for anniversaries, birthdays and weddings, and it’s easy to see why—its location within the National Museum is elegant and romantic, the service is top-notch, and the food is delectable and beautifully plated. Favourites include the skilfully executed seared Atlantic scallops and the pan-fried foie gras. The chermoula-scented lamb rack is an excellent choice, too; it’s expertly prepared and bursting with flavour. Desserts at Flutes always hit the spot—especially the chocolate fondant tartlet served with banana, popcorn and vanilla ice cream.
