The restau­rant helmed by Korean chef Sun Kim show­cases his rich her­itage through his in­no­va­tive menu—a com­bi­na­tion of French and Asian cuisines, with a Korean twist. The best way to ex­pe­ri­ence this is by hav­ing the de­gus­ta­tion menu, in­spired by sea­sonal pro­duce. The restau­rant is mostly com­posed of bar seats, which is a good thing as it makes in­ter­ac­tions with the chef eas­ier.
