Yuzu is a hid­den gem in Hol­land Vil­lage helmed by vet­eran chef Taka­hashi Tadashi. The Toky­oborn chef stud­ied in the pres­ti­gious cook­ing school Hat­tori Nu­tri­tion Col­lege be­fore cut­ting his teeth at ac­claimed restau­rants in Ja­pan and, later on, at Nobu in Lon­don. Now based in Sin­ga­pore, he show­cases his mas­tery of kaiseki and the art of mak­ing sushi with an omakase menu that’s cre­atively pre­sented and de­li­ciously good. $35-$170/PER­SON 1 $40/BOT­TLE
