The restau­rant’s city view is stun­ning, and the food by the tal­ented chef Kirk Westaway is equally amaz­ing. Ev­ery dish, from the ap­pe­tiser to the dessert, im­presses with fresh in­gre­di­ents, great flavours and tex­tures, and beau­ti­ful plat­ing. Some of the stand­out dishes in­clude the heir­loom tomatoes, which is both a vis­ual feast for the eyes and an umami sur­prise for the taste buds, as well as a crowd favourite: the soft or­ganic hen’s egg, which fea­tures an egg poached at 55 de­grees, dressed with savoury chorizo, ar­ti­choke and ham. Dessert is also a de­light—the clas­sic straw­ber­ries and cream is sweet and sour, light and fluffy.
