To begin, try the steak tartare and the scallop carpaccio; the former is a creamy red meat that’s nicely balanced with the tartness of the capers, mustard and finely chopped onions, while the latter contrasts the fresh flavours of the sea with the sweetness of the scallops. Wagyu beef is used in the Rocks cheeseburger and every mouthful yields the juiciest flavours, from the meat to the accompanying tomatoes, onions, lettuce and pickles. The chocolate fondant is another firm favourite for dessert; the thick, gooey warm chocolate that oozes out draws envious gazes from neighbouring tables.
