To be­gin, try the steak tartare and the scal­lop carpac­cio; the for­mer is a creamy red meat that’s nicely bal­anced with the tart­ness of the ca­pers, mus­tard and finely chopped onions, while the lat­ter con­trasts the fresh flavours of the sea with the sweet­ness of the scal­lops. Wagyu beef is used in the Rocks cheese­burger and ev­ery mouth­ful yields the juici­est flavours, from the meat to the ac­com­pa­ny­ing tomatoes, onions, let­tuce and pick­les. The choco­late fon­dant is an­other firm favourite for dessert; the thick, gooey warm choco­late that oozes out draws en­vi­ous gazes from neigh­bour­ing ta­bles.
