The roasted meats by roast chef Han are a key at­trac­tion, while the rest of the à la carte menu by ex­ec­u­tive Chi­nese chef Liu Ching Hai fo­cuses on a reper­toire of key Can­tonese dishes, such as deep-fried frog legs with a touch of Chi­nese five-spice salt and wok-fried beef cubes in a rich black pep­per sauce. Ex­pen­sive seafood is done ex­ceed­ingly well, too. For those with di­etary re­stric­tions, there are two full pages of veg­e­tar­ian and gluten-free op­tions—the lat­ter an ex­tremely rare of­fer­ing in a Chi­nese restau­rant and a re­flec­tion of the chef’s pro­gres­sive culi­nary mind.
