Open since 1986, its blaz­ing cui­sine is well­matched by its fiery decor. The braised tofu with minced pork in hot bean chilli sauce is tastily pi­quant. The Szechuan braised beef in spicy pep­per­corn broth is an­other sear­ing must-try. Bal­anc­ing the spicy on­slaught of the first two dishes is the delectably ten­der braised pork belly ribs, ac­com­pa­nied by crispy rice and sweet vine­gar sauce. The braised bird’s nest with cab­bage and chicken broth pro­vides an­other sooth­ing culi­nary coun­te­nance. The pan-fried red bean paste pan­cake makes a per­fectly sweet and crispy fin­ish.
