For the uninitiated, the breakdown of dishes is about 70 per cent Cantonese, 20 per cent Sichuanese and 10 per cent Taiwanese, which allow for a diverse flavour profile. Service, while lacking finesse, is friendly and prompt, instantly putting diners at ease if you’re not looking to impress. Wines by the glass are practically non-existent and the uninspiring wine list stocks the usual entrylevel suspects.
