An­geleigh Khoo

An­geleigh is a keen cook and vo­ra­cious trav­eller who loves ex­pe­ri­enc­ing the world through food and the ri­tu­als that sur­round it. For­merly the ed­i­tor of BBC Good Food Asia and Food & Travel, she left the rat race six years ago to pur­sue her yoga stud­ies in Bali and has since been teach­ing yoga full-time. She is also the con­tribut­ing din­ing ed­i­tor for food app Burp­ple.

Henry Hariy­ono

Henry is the co-founder of Ar­ti­san Cel­lars, a lead­ing fine wine im­porter in Sin­ga­pore since 2008. His pro­fes­sion takes him to dine not only at lead­ing restau­rants in Sin­ga­pore, but also at ex­cit­ing gas­tron­omy ad­dresses across Europe and other wine coun­tries. He writes reg­u­larly about food and wine, and his opin­ions are of­ten cited by lo­cal and in­ter­na­tional F&B pub­li­ca­tions, such as Travel + Leisure.

Des­mond Sim

Des­mond is a cre­ative writ­ing, drama and pub­lic speak­ing coach for highly tal­ented kids. He also of­fers con­sul­tancy in copy­writ­ing and brand com­mu­ni­ca­tions, and is pas­sion­ate about food and heal­ing en­ergy.

An­nette Tan

A vet­eran food writer, An­nette was a restau­rant re­viewer for the To­day

news­pa­per for nine years. She is also the au­thor of Savour Chi­na­town: Sto­ries & Recipes from an Iconic Neigh­bour­hood,

which cel­e­brates Chi­na­town’s rich his­tor­i­cal and culi­nary legacy through the sto­ries of its orig­i­nal hawkers and restau­ra­teurs. She also writes and ed­its for var­i­ous food guides, in­clud­ing the Louis Vuit­ton City Guide Sin­ga­pore.

Aun Koh

Aun Koh is an en­tre­pre­neur with a back­ground in the me­dia and com­mu­ni­ca­tions sec­tors. His lat­est en­deavor has been the cre­ation of the pri­vate mem­ber­ship club Straits Clan, co-founded with two other part­ners. He’s a tele­vi­sion host, food blog­ger and colum­nist, and cur­rent Chair­man of the Pangde­mo­nium Theatre Com­pany.

June Lee

June has been a writer and ed­i­tor for 17 years, work­ing on pres­ti­gious life­style ti­tles in Sin­ga­pore and the re­gion. Her fo­cus is on food, al­co­hol, travel and en­vi­ron­men­tal writ­ing. A Cer­ti­fied Spe­cial­ist in Wine, her ca­reer has taken her to far cor­ners of the world, from Aca­pulco to Sey­chelles. In her free time, she en­joys en­ter­tain­ing at home and con­tribut­ing to green causes.
