Ex­ec­u­tive chef Louis Tay has an im­pres­sive ca­reer that spans more than three decades. He has earned nu­mer­ous ac­co­lades lo­cally and in­ter­na­tion­ally, but one of his proud­est mo­ments was be­ing part of the na­tional culi­nary team that won top hon­ours at the Ex­pogast 98 Culi­nary World Cup in Lux­em­bourg.
