This buffet stalwart has always been a family favourite and caters to different palates with its expansive offerings. Always buzzing with diners, the cold seafood station serves the freshest selection of prawns, mussels, clams, crab and oysters. Also a standout is the Japanese cuisine section; the amiable chef is always on hand to serve freshly sliced sashimi, rolled sushi and tempura at your request. While there are many entrees here, the item to go for is the Stanbroke wagyu rib-eye steak; the succulent meat from Darling Downs in Queensland,
Australia, is marvellously tender and seasoned well. For a bit of local flavour, don’t forget to try the laksa. The gravy is well balanced and not overly rich, and is served with fresh prawns and delicious fishcake. The spacious interiors are divided into sections, with an al fresco area offering a poolside view. There is a limited wine list here, but if you want to take advantage of free-flow bubbly, come on Sundays.
Seafood lovers can indulge in the marine harvest buffet, which is available at dinners on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
