There are so many sump­tu­ous dishes to try at The Song of In­dia, but chef Man­ju­nath Mu­ral’s prawn dum biryani al­ways stands out. The saf­fron-in­fused rice is en­hanced by fresh prawns and a con­coc­tion of home­made garam masala, fresh mint leaves and rose­wa­ter. It’s ex­tremely flavour­ful, with just the right amount of spice.
