Chef Ry­ohei Kenyoshi has 14 years of culi­nary ex­pe­ri­ence and has worked in two of Wakanui’s out­lets in Tokyo, mak­ing him an ideal per­son to helm the brand’s first out­let in Sin­ga­pore. He’s adept at Ja­panese and West­ern cook­ing tech­niques, which al­low him to trans­form sim­ple in­gre­di­ents into fine dishes.
