It’s no sur­prise that this restau­rant con­tin­ues to draw in gour­mands with its wide ar­ray of de­lec­ta­ble Can­tonese of­fer­ings. Worth not­ing are its dim sum, crafted by ex­ec­u­tive Chi­nese chef Chan Shun Wong. Other high­lights in­clude the poached rice with seafood in su­pe­rior broth and crispy rice and the dish of wagyu beef cubes with black pep­per and lon­gan.
