The menu fea­tures a bal­ance of Euro­pean-cen­tric meat, seafood and veg­e­tar­ian dishes. Have the crab cakes and seafood lin­guine for din­ner; these are fresh and well-cooked, with the lat­ter con­tain­ing plenty of seafood and a mod­er­ate por­tion of pasta. The 300-day grain-fed Aus­tralian wagyu bone-in Tom­a­hawk, cooked over char­coal, not only looks dra­matic, but is also rich and bold in its flavours. The Grand Marnier souf­flé, which ar­rives tall, airy and fra­grant, is the per­fectly light fin­ish.
