T. Dining by Singapore Tatler - - Indian -

A broad counter of seafood brims with scallops, mussels, prawns, oysters, and blue and mud crabs that are incredibly tender and easy to eat. Not far away, guests will find Mediterranean meat and seafood dishes with plenty of vegetables, a compact Indian station, a pasta counter, as well as a selection of Southeast Asian faves including chicken rice and laksa. There are even super-tender roasts such as smoked sirloin and chicken (complete with Yorkshire pudding) at the rotisserie station. If you’re craving for something sweet, leave room for desserts, of which there are too many to list. Highlights include the creamy bread-and-butter pudding with a fragrant vanilla sauce, and the mind-boggling icecream/gelato counter with 13 flavours. The wine list is decent, with bottles from the old and new worlds, and house wines that include light, easy New Zealand reds. Bringing the whole experience together are the amazing staff— efficient, warm, inclusive, always smiling and exceptionally well-trained.
