Chef-owner Rishi Naleen­dra flirts ca­pa­bly be­tween East and West, bring­ing fresh ideas to the ta­ble. Stand­outs in­clude the dry-aged raw beef salad with crispy brus­sels sprouts, as well as the co­conut semifreddo with laksa leaf ice cream and green chilli sor­bet, which has made its way back on the menu due to pop­u­lar de­mand.
