T. Dining by Singapore Tatler - - Indian -

This eatery is still a good place for a quick, reasonable and delicious meal. The deep-fried salted-egg shrimp with cheong fun is a clever pairing of flavours and textures that are both comfortingly familiar and deliciously new. Not to be missed, the roasted meat combination of char siew, crispy roast pork and roast duck is still one of the restaurant’s most popular dishes for good reason: it’s simply scrumptious. Another must-try is the XO carrot cake with bean sprouts; the humble hawker dish is elevated to a restaurant crowd-pleaser. If you have space for more, complete the feast with the braised vermicelli with shredded duck and preserved vegetable.
