The restau­rant’s cav­ernous space is dec­o­rated with rich tex­tures of vel­vet and deep jewel tones, mak­ing it the per­fect set­ting for an in­dul­gent meal. An ex­ten­sive menu com­prises the del­i­cate flavours of tra­di­tional Teochew dishes such as chilled crabs; Can­tonese clas­sics which in­clude roasted meats and steamed fish; and West­ern-style dishes such as the baked lamb rack. The golden-caramelise­d roasted pork starter is among the must-tries; it has been diced into juicy cubes with a layer of crispy skin. The seafood dishes are fresh as well. Ser­vice is well-in­formed, gra­cious, ef­fi­cient and gen­er­ally quick to re­spond to re­quests.
