The restaurant’s cavernous space is decorated with rich textures of velvet and deep jewel tones, making it the perfect setting for an indulgent meal. An extensive menu comprises the delicate flavours of traditional Teochew dishes such as chilled crabs; Cantonese classics which include roasted meats and steamed fish; and Western-style dishes such as the baked lamb rack. The golden-caramelised roasted pork starter is among the must-tries; it has been diced into juicy cubes with a layer of crispy skin. The seafood dishes are fresh as well. Service is well-informed, gracious, efficient and generally quick to respond to requests.
