Tempt the taste buds and or­der the bar­be­cue com­bi­na­tion plat­ter; the roasted pork belly with crisp crack­ling and ten­der roast duck are well paired, and you have the op­tion to add fur­ther items. Pre­sented in a hol­lowed melon, the dou­ble-boiled yel­low melon soup with soft flesh and rich stock con­tains minced fish, prawns and sweet scal­lops. An­other stand­out is the home­made braised tofu, which ab­sorbs the savoury notes of the ac­com­pa­ny­ing sauce and the earth­i­ness of the lingzhi mush­rooms. The dessert of pump­kin cream with co­conut ice cream pro­vides a sweet and bal­anced end to the meal.
