Su­perla­tive beef is the rai­son d’être here; wagyu is the prime choice and you can choose from the usual cuts of ten­der­loin, sir­loin or rib-eye. The sides are done par­tic­u­larly well, and in­clude se­lec­tions such as the de­light­ful creamed spinach and sautéed por­to­bello mush­rooms. Dessert fans will be thrilled by the crêpe Suzette, con­sist­ing of tra­di­tional crêpes pre­pared and flam­béed with Coin­treau and brandy, and served with vanilla ice cream. Watch the flames work their carameli­sa­tion magic and lick your lips in an­tic­i­pa­tion of the won­der­ful flavours to fol­low. Ser­vice is prompt and un­hur­ried.
