Superlative beef is the raison d’être here; wagyu is the prime choice and you can choose from the usual cuts of tenderloin, sirloin or rib-eye. The sides are done particularly well, and include selections such as the delightful creamed spinach and sautéed portobello mushrooms. Dessert fans will be thrilled by the crêpe Suzette, consisting of traditional crêpes prepared and flambéed with Cointreau and brandy, and served with vanilla ice cream.
