Noth­ing is as it ap­pears on first sight, and each dish is en­joy­able, flavour­ful, and uniquely its own. The Hainanese-style chicken rice is served in a dumpling packed with the pi­quant flavours of the dish, and a side of thick­ened chicken stock; the Labyrinth ro­jak pairs with a taste­ful ar­ray of herbs, honey and cempedak sor­bet; and the Heart­land Waf­fle is laced with a mix of lo­cal duck liver pâté and goji berry jam.
