TEL: 6688 8591 The Do­minic chicken is a hearty, com­fort­ing dish that’s basted in a bar­be­cue sauce; moist and crispy, it hits all the right notes. The car­bonara is a stand­out dish; it has a bit of a unique af­ter­taste thanks to the caramelise­d onions, while the al dente pasta, bits of ham and pork belly add a du­al­ity of crunchy and ten­der tex­tures to the dish. The pizza is ac­tu­ally a flat­bread, served with top­pings of salami and prosci­utto, which has a tangy kick. From the ex­ten­sive wine list, which fea­tures a size­able se­lec­tion of Italian wines, the staff may rec­om­mend a glass of pinot gri­gio that pairs well with the meal, as does the Lavo Mule, a con­coc­tion of vodka, lemon and gin­ger.
